Al disembarking from the aircraft, our initial repast took place at Raku Izakaya, a quaint establishment adorned with traditional lanterns. It was already half-past nine upon our arrival, and the soft illumination bestowed upon us an intimate ambiance. Our dishes were gracefully captured through the night mode function on our mobile phones, yielding a somewhat ethereal presentation.

We opted for an assortment of delicacies, all of which were completely consumed, save for the foie gras rice dish. Ah, you know why 😂

🐟 Onsen Tamago with Sea Urchin and Fish Roe: The plating exhibited a breathtaking splendor, glistening with golden hues! It also featured okra, mushrooms, and a soy sauce glaze, resulting in a refreshing and velvety amalgamation.

🥳 Agedashi Tofu: We elected for a half-sized portion of this deep-fried tofu. It was exquisitely tender, emanating an enticing fragrance of frying oil. Absolutely scrumptious!

🥩 A5 Wagyu Beef: Unquestionably extraordinary! The meat exhibited tenderness, adorned with just the perfect amount of marbling, and a hint of wasabi for an exhilarating kick. By no means greasy, it unquestionably merits five stars!

🥓 Bacon-wrapped Mushrooms: Mediocre, as the bacon did not possess the abundance I had envisioned. Nonetheless, the mushrooms were generously sized.

🐮 Beef Tendon: I found myself infatuated with this dish! Its chewy texture left an indelible impression.

🐚 Scallops: An indulgent creaminess that effortlessly melts in the mouth.

🦆 Duck Meat: The flavor proved rather ordinary, marked by an excessive saltiness and slightly overcooked meat. I venture to say it is unsuitable for grilling.
